Job Title: Business Development Executive


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans, generate leads, close deals, and meet planned sales goals.
  • Find and develop new markets to improve sales. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Virtually meet potential clients, actively listen to their requirements and understand their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services to potential clients.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to track performance and provide insights
  • Monitor and track sales goals, and report results as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong outbound sales experience in IT/SaaS services in the US/European Market.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling to International Clients, email campaigns, LinkedIn sales, and rate negotiations.
  • Ability to plan and implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding phone and presentation skills.
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and be proactive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
