What You'll Do: As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for: Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and partnerships. Building strong relationships with potential clients and understanding their unique needs. Presenting Ambit KPO's services with confidence and clarity, demonstrating their value. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Contributing to the strategic growth of our company through proactive outreach and market intelligence. What We're Looking For: 2–4 years in B2B sales/business development (KPO/BPO/IT services preferred). Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English fluency is essential). Proven ability to pitch services, handle objections, and close deals. Tech-savviness: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
