Role Summary

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

1. Client Communication

   : Handle email/chat communication with clients and agents, ensuring effective relationship management.

2. Reporting

   : Prepare daily reports and summaries, and send them to managers, team leads, or clients.

3. Issue Resolution

   : Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

4. Sales Research

   : Research and build relationships with new clients to foster business growth.

5. Sales Opportunities

   : Actively seek out new sales opportunities, primarily through emailing and other communication methods.

6. Data Research

   : Handle lead generation and data research to identify potential business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience

  : Prior experience in a sales or business development role is required.

• Educational Background

  : Graduation in any field (BBA/MBA Preferred).

Experience

• Work Experience

  : 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development.

• Sales & Strategy Knowledge

  : Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and driving sales growth.

Technical Skills

• Communication

  : Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

• Deadline Management

  : Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with high quality standards.

• CRM Software

  : Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

• Marketing & Negotiation

  : Solid understanding of marketing techniques and strong negotiating skills.

• Sales Techniques

  : Passion for sales with a results-driven approach.

• Presentation Skills

  : Aptitude in delivering attractive and persuasive sales presentations.
