About The Role:

Business Development Executives


Key Responsibility:

  • Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products or services effectively.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and prospect information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales activities and performance.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of business, marketing, and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
  • Eager to learn, target-driven, and highly self-motivated.
