Your focus and strong communication skills will play a crucial role in your ability to think critically when strategizing and executing plans effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, are preferred. - Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company. - Generating genuine offline leads and exploring potential partnerships. - Conducting events and seeking tie-ups with universities, colleges, and IELTS centres. - Identifying the best offline plans suitable for business development and branding. - Procuring new clients through various channels such as direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. - Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. - Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention. - Suggesting upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients. - Crafting business proposals and contracts to increase revenue. - Negotiating with clients to secure competitive prices. - Equipping staff with technical and social skills to enhance sales. - Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. - Staying updated with consumption trends to keep our offerings relevant. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 2-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. - Focused and goal-oriented mindset.
