Job Title: Business Development Executive – Fasteners

Location: Delhi, India

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team for industrial fasteners including screws, bolts, nuts, washers, and related products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with B2B clients, and driving sales growth across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and automotive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
  • Promote and sell a range of fasteners to OEMs, fabricators, dealers, and industrial clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report on performance regularly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fasteners, hardware, or industrial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel); CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel as per business needs.
