Location: Sampla, Haryana Experience: 5 to 8 years Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: [ 3-3.6 LPA] Industry: Engineering / Industrial Products / Manufacturing Functional Area: Production, Manufacturing, Maintenance Role Category: Operations & Maintenance Role: Electroplating Supervisor Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Electroplating Supervisor to join our production team and oversee electroplating operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the plating process is consistent, high-quality, and compliant with environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily electroplating activities including preparation, plating, and finishing. Maintain and monitor plating bath parameters (pH, temperature, chemical concentration). Ensure plating quality meets internal and customer specifications. Train and guide operators on best practices and safety protocols. Troubleshoot plating defects and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for inspections and equipment upkeep. Maintain records of plating cycles, chemical usage, and maintenance logs. Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and waste disposal norms. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in electroplating, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Hands-on knowledge of zinc, nickel, chrome, or tin plating processes. Strong understanding of chemical safety, plating defects, and corrective actions. Exposure to ISO/TS 16949, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices is an added advantage. Good team leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
