The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of thread rolling machines and be able to produce high-precision screw threads consistently. Responsibilities: Operate flat die or planetary thread rolling machines used for fasteners and screws Set up and adjust machines to achieve required pitch and thread dimensions Inspect threaded parts using thread gauges, micrometers, and visual tools Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and ensure continuous operation Replace or maintain dies and rollers as needed Work closely with QC and production teams to meet quality and output targets Maintain shop floor safety and cleanliness standards Candidate Profile: 2+ years of hands-on experience in thread rolling (screws, bolts, fasteners) Experience with machines like Chun Zu, JBF, Chien Tsai or equivalent Familiarity with thread standards (ISO, UNF, etc.) ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Fitter Trade preferred Good understanding of material behavior (carbon steel, stainless steel) Perks and Benefits: PF, ESIC & statutory benefits Overtime and production incentives as per company policy Canteen and transport facilities (if applicable) Skill training and growth opportunities within the company Safe and organized working environment About the Company: Advance Hydrau Components Pvt.
