The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating cold heading/header machines for the production of high-quality screws and fasteners. Responsibilities: Operate cold forging machines (1-die 2-blow, 2-die 3-blow headers) Set up machine tooling and monitor production output Read and interpret mechanical drawings and product specifications Inspect finished products using micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc. Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of header machines Ensure product quality and meet production targets Maintain production records and ensure compliance with safety protocols Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in cold forging/header operation Familiarity with machines like National,Chun Zu,Yieh Tieng,Gwo Ling,Yih Woen.
