We are looking for an experienced Electroplating Supervisor to oversee our electroplating operations, ensuring high-quality finishes, process efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

• Supervise and manage electroplating processes, including cleaning, plating, and finishing operations.
• Monitor quality control to ensure plating meets industry and company standards.
• Troubleshoot process issues and optimize plating parameters for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train and guide team members on best practices in electroplating.
• Maintain records of production, defects, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep and repairs.

• 6+ years of experience in electroplating operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electroplating techniques (nickel, chrome, zinc, etc.), chemicals, and equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
