Absolute App Labs is a fast-growing digital product development company based in Chennai a, and a proud subsidiary of Digital Radium USA. We specialise in building web platforms, mobile apps, and AI-driven solutions for clients worldwide, including Fortune 500 and NASDAQ-listed companies.


Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the marketing and project teams to align solutions with client needs while contributing to the company’s revenue and growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify potential clients through research, networking, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
  • Client Engagement:

    Initiate conversations, schedule meetings, and pitch company services to potential clients.
  • Proposal Development:

    Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Negotiation & Closure:

    Manage the negotiation process and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:

    Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (IT/Tech services experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and think strategically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead-generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
