Job Summary

We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for understanding business processes and technology. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and contribute to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand and document business requirements for web and mobile applications.
• Assist in analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and suggesting improvements.
• Help create requirement documents, user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support project strategies.
• Assist in project planning, estimations, and risk assessments.
• Support testing teams by validating requirements and ensuring the final product meets business needs.
• Document and track project progress, ensuring timely updates and effective communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of business processes, software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD) and user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Jira is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications is an advantage.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennimalai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Required)
