Admission Officer Sales & Marketing (Field Sales) Male Candidate
Admission Officer Inside Sales – Female Candidate
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Mandatory)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (May extend on business needs)
Role Objective:
To drive student admissions through marketing activities, field sales, and personalized counselling efforts in and around City.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns – school seminars, residential seminars, local outreach events.
Build relationships with school authorities (principals, coordinators) to promote Aakash programs.
Visit homes to counsel students and parents, converting leads to enrolments.
Collaborate with local tutors for lead generation.
Ensure compliance with internal systems, CRM, and reporting tools.

Skills Required
Strong persuasive and sales acumen
Exceptional communication & presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools
Willing to travel locally for field operations

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
Preferred: B.Tech / MBA / Master’s in Psychology, Education, etc.
Experience
Prior experience in education counselling, career guidance, or B2C field sales is highly desirable.
