Job Description

Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Build relationships with clients, generate leads, and develop business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and negotiate deals with potential clients.
Meet targets and deliver consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Graduate or MBA (preferred) with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and SaaS products.
Comfortable with outbound calls, product presentations, and client interactions.
Good understanding of software products; familiarity with cloud-based/SaaS platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of the HRMS/Payroll domain is an added advantage.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to build relationships, generate leads, and develop business opportunities.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
