Job Description:

Hiring: Business Development Engine Business (IEB) | Pune

Location:

Business Development professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  Pre-Sales

  functions: enquiry handling, order management, and sales forecasting.
• Manage

  Sales

  : B2B, B2C, channel/distributor sales.
• Oversee

  After-Sales Service

  and customer relationship management.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams Quality, After Sales, Sales, Order Management, Engineering, and R&D.
  
• Exposure to

  Export Markets

  and

  International Sales

  is a strong advantage.
• Maintain a strong

  techno-commercial approach

  to support business growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales & marketing experience in

  Engine / Auto Component / Genset / Motor / Industrial Equipment

  industries.
• Must hold a

  Mechanical Engineering degree

  . MBA is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in

  English

  .
• Ability to travel

  within India and abroad

  as needed.
• Must have a valid

  driving license

  .
