Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: G10, 2nd floor, sector 63, Noida (Onsite role)

Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)

Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive who possesses strong knowledge of Private Limited Company registration, FSSAI, NGO/Trust registration, GST, Intellectual Property (IP) services, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cross-selling and up-selling, with a proven ability to identify client needs and promote suitable services accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for services like Pvt Ltd registration, FSSAI, NGO/Trust formation, GST registration/filing, IP (trademark, copyright, patent), etc.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized service packages.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services based on business lifecycle and client profile.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Keep updated with regulatory changes and industry trends relevant to startups, NGOs, and businesses.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate deals.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of company registration, FSSAI licensing, GST, IP services, NGO/Trust registration.
  • Excellent cross-selling and up-selling capabilities.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain legal/compliance services in simple language.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or related field.
  • Experience in a legal, compliance, or business consulting firm is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
