Business Development Coordinator

Job description:

Business Development Coordinator supports in planning, execution, and growth of business initiatives. The BDC will play a critical role in program design, marketing material preparation, lead generation, and client engagement, working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to drive company growth and success.

Responsibilities :

● Program Designing : Collaborate with the Business Development team to

conceptualize and design programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

● Marketing Material Preparation : Develop and coordinate the creation of

promotional materials for various business initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging

and branding.

● Program Chart Preparation : Organize and maintain comprehensive program charts,

timelines, and key milestones for smooth project execution.

● Lead Generation (Field Invitation) : Assist in identifying potential business leads

and inviting key stakeholders to participate in events, programs, or meetings.

● Client Engagement : Maintain and develop positive client relationships, ensuring a

strong pipeline for potential business opportunities.

● Collaboration : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales,

and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business development

initiatives.

● Reporting : Prepare regular reports on program progress, lead generation, and overall

business development performance for management review.

● Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications :

● Degree in any field

Eligibility :

● Age upto 25 years

● Preferring candidates from Idukki

● Have driving license
