Business Development Coordinator


Key Responsibilities

Promote awareness of US staffing processes and market trends among candidates

Assist candidates in crafting ATS-friendly resumes aligned with client needs

Conduct mock interviews and practice sessions to prepare candidates

Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and background verification

Maintain accurate records and share regular updates using internal tools

Stay informed on US hiring trends, visa regulations, and industry developments
