Job Summary As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our business by developing new client relationships and growing our Staffing Solutions across the US and Canada. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to secure new business within the staffing industry. Engage early in the sales process to understand client requirements and craft customized staffing solutions. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within the IT sector. Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technological innovations to refine your sales pitches. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients to closing deals. Qualifications: Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and pre-sales within the staffing or IT services sectors. In-depth understanding of IT roles, current market trends, and staffing requirements. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office. Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Preference is candidates with hunting/ business development/ lead generation experience with US Staffing company. Our preference is someone who has acquired Direct Clients/ MSPs for the US Staffing organization. Shift timings - EST (7 PM - 4 AM IST) Location - Noida, sector 63 Mode of Interview- F2F only.
