Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience in business development or related fields, with a background in IT. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document preparation, and will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business through strategic planning, client engagement, and the preparation of key business development documents. This is a remote role based in Trivandrum. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase company revenue. ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to draft and prepare RFO (Request for Offer) documents, ensuring they are well-organized and align with business objectives. ⁠Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions to help drive business growth. Prepare detailed business development reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel, analyzing market trends and competitor activity. Maintain and update customer and client data, tracking leads and opportunities effectively. Participate in meetings with potential clients, presenting business proposals and services. Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners. Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to business development. Qualifications: Diploma, BSc, or BTech in IT or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create professional business documents and reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in preparing RFO or business proposals is a plus. Show more Show less
