Are you a master of deals, a networking powerhouse, and a sales expert who can walk into a room and leave with a contract Do you have a black book filled with top ad agencies, brand managers, producers and marketing heads who actually answer your calls If yes, we need you on our team. We're not just looking for a business development person. We need someone who can charm clients, close deals, and make our competitors wonder what our secret is. If you have a strong network in advertising, marketing, and production, know how to sell creative ideas, and can convince brands they absolutely need us, you're the right fit. Build and maintain relationships with top advertising agencies and marketing teams at MNCs, unicorns, and well-funded startups. Hunt for new business opportunities like a detective on a mission, identifying leads that turn into long-term clients. Develop and execute smart sales strategies to keep our business growing. Craft and deliver pitches that make clients say yes before you even reach the last slide. Keep an eye on the competition (but don't let it distract you) and find ways to bring in more business. Secure long-term contracts by being the person clients trust, respect, and want to work with again. 5 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or account management in advertising/production. A strong network of contacts in advertising agencies and direct brands. Experience in creative sales, content production, and client relationship management. A hustler mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. The ability to sell an idea, not just a service because production is all about storytelling. An understanding of the advertising and content production world so deep that you can predict trends before they happen. Skills That'll Make You Stand Out: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong strategic thinking because every move counts. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (we like team players, not solo acts). - A solid understanding of how creative sales work.
