The key responsibilities for this role include conducting research and identifying potential leads in the local market. You will be required to gather contact information through field visits, local directories, events, and online platforms. Cold calling and follow-ups with prospects to introduce our services will be a key part of your responsibilities. Understanding client needs and presenting suitable solutions aligned with our offerings is crucial. Additionally, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals, scheduling meetings, and encouraging walk-ins to our office are important tasks. You will also need to maintain a database of leads, update it regularly in CRM or spreadsheets, and support the sales team with data collection and initial client interactions. Representing the company professionally in the market and maintaining accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools are essential aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong presentation skills. Being self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn is important. Comfort with local fieldwork and client interaction is required, and a basic understanding of sales and marketing is a plus. This is a full-time role suitable for freshers and interns.
