Business Development: The BDM will be responsible for signing up schools for our packages. The signing up process includes.

Meeting decision makers of schools by way of using existing contacts, cold calls and other lead generation activities.

Briefing about the company profile, training and our packages.

Demonstrating the product to key stakeholders.

Closing the sale by getting the agreement signed and collection of advance payment.

Responsible for company revenue generation.

Operations: The BDM will also be responsible for execution of the program in the school. This includes

Training the teachers on how to conduct the program.

Coordination in conducting the first few classes in person, clarifying any doubts that the teacher or the student might have.

Working with the school coordinator for scheduling of the classes.

Ensuring the classes are held as per the schedule, regular monitoring of the progress in each school.

Conducting the certification ceremony
