Business Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound calls/emails. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with both potential and existing clients. Additionally, you will schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to showcase our products/services, understand client needs, and offer customized solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations will be essential to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. It will also be part of your role to maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools, as well as prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as at least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation abilities, self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are all essential qualities for this role.
