We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can drive growth through effective
communication, sales strategies, and digital management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), have a strong grasp of Canva, Excel, and Adobe tools, and be proactive in identifying and converting business opportunities.
This role involves managing both external communications and internal coordination to boost brand presence, generate leads, and contribute to the overall business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and
networking.
- Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube
through content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Create visually appealing presentations and reports using Canva, Excel, and other tools for internal and
external use.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of campaigns and client deliverables.
- Represent the brand professionally in communication—emails, meetings, and client interactions.
- Contribute to sales pitches, proposal writing, and follow-ups to close leads effectively.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development
initiatives.
