Job Description

As a Business Development Associate , your role will primarily focus on sales and marketing activities to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify potential clients, generate leads through various channels, and conduct cold calling, emailing, and networking to establish connections Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Communicate effectively with prospects, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships to convert leads into clients. Sales & Revenue Growth – Promote company products/services, pitch solutions to clients, and work towards achieving assigned sales targets. Marketing Campaigns – Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Follow-Ups & Negotiation – Handle follow-ups with potential clients, address queries, and negotiate to close deals effectively. Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
