✅ Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion Identify potential students through online and offline channels. Follow up with leads, counsel them about the courses, and convert them into admissions. Client/Student Relationship Management Maintain relationships with students and parents. Address queries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Sales & Revenue Targets Work towards monthly/quarterly admission and revenue goals. Use CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipeline. Marketing & Outreach Participate in promotional events, webinars, and seminars. Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns (online/offline). Reporting & Feedback Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and outreach performance. Collect and communicate feedback to improve courses or services. Required Skills Strong communication & persuasion skills Understanding of sales strategies Basic knowledge of educational products and the coaching industry Comfort with CRM software and digital tools Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Qualifications Bachelor's degree (any discipline; business/marketing preferred) Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Rudarpur, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/05/2025
