Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the

  pharma sector

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in pharma companies.
• Present and pitch ScratchNest solutions tailored to

  pharma use cases

  .
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through structured business development activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven

  1-3 years of experience in pharma sales / business development

  .
• Strong network and understanding of the

  pharmaceutical industry and its buying cycles

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
• Bachelors degree in

  Business, Pharma, Life Sciences, or related fields

  (MBA is a plus).
