Business Development Associate

At Sangeetha Construction, we’re on a mission to provide luxury living in affordable price . We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, energetic, and smart Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team and help us scale our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital outreach.
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects, real estate agents, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently to close deals.
• Collaborate with the project and marketing teams to ensure timely communication and delivery.
• Attend construction expos, property shows, and industry networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or construction-related roles.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and projects.
• Strong organizational and CRM management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a construction or real estate firm.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and market trends.
• Working knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
