Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital outreach. Build strong relationships with builders, architects, real estate agents, and developers. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently to close deals. Collaborate with the project and marketing teams to ensure timely communication and delivery. Attend construction expos, property shows, and industry networking events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or construction-related roles. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and projects. Strong organizational and CRM management skills. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a construction or real estate firm. Familiarity with local construction regulations and market trends. Working knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
