We’re Hiring – Sales Executive (Safety Products)

Are you a proactive sales professional passionate about promoting safety solutions and expanding market presence? RJ Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Sales Executive to drive sales of our PPE products (helmets, safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, etc.) along with gas detectors for domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of PPE and safety products, including helmets, safety eyewear, gloves, masks, safety shoes, and more.
• Drive sales of gas detectors for households, restaurants, cloud kitchens, factories, and industrial premises.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and government segments.
• Conduct client visits, product demos, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and end users.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in PPE, industrial safety equipment, or gas detection products, fresher with prior knowledge can also apply.
• Strong understanding of safety product requirements across industries such as manufacturing, kitchens, warehouses, and construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage field visits, work independently, and meet targets.
• A proactive, high-energy individual with strong customer-handling skills.
