Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, engaging with international clients, preparing compelling business proposals, and managing leads via LinkedIn and CRM platforms. This role demands excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to expand our business pipeline and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Initiate and manage communication with international clients via email, LinkedIn, and video calls.
  • Prepare tailored business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
  • Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales team to align messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.
  • Use LinkedIn and other digital platforms for prospecting, lead nurturing, and relationship building.
  • Participate in sales meetings, demos, and negotiations as needed.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B business development or client acquisition (international market experience is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
  • Experience in creating business proposals, pitch decks, and custom client presentations.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn for outreach and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with any CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
