Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with potential learners (students, graduates, working professionals) via inbound & outbound calls
2. Understand their career goals and suggest the right upskilling programs
3. Conduct online counseling sessions and follow up with leads for conversions
4. Drive enrollment targets through structured sales processes
5. Maintain accurate records using CRM and report performance metrics regularly
Who Can Apply:
1. Excellent communication & persuasion skills
2. 0– 6 months of experience in EdTech/Tele-Sales/Inside Sales or similar B2C role
3. Freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn are welcome
4. Bachelor’s degree in any field
5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
