Business Development Associate

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai (On-site)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (plus performance incentives)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Business Development Associate to join our growing stock broking firm. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
• Explain company services (stock broking, demat account, trading platforms, etc.) in a clear and convincing manner.
• Generate leads and convert interest into account openings / meetings.
• Maintain call records and update daily MIS reports.
• Follow up with interested clients for documentation and onboarding.
• Work closely with the sales/relationship management team to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Basic understanding of stock market / financial products (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred).
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
