You will be the driving force behind identifying potential sponsors, crafting compelling pitches, building relationships, and ensuring sponsor deliverables are met with excellence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential sponsors aligned with event goals and audience. Create customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks. Negotiate and close sponsorship deals. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered seamlessly. Maintain strong relationships with sponsors for future collaborations. Track and report sponsorship ROI post-event. Ideal Candidate: Strong communication and networking skills. Proven experience in sponsorships, sales, or partnerships. Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven. Creative thinker with a good sense of brand fit and value. Previous event experience is a plus.
