Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Kannada and English and have a proven track record in sales. This role involves generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a compelling manner. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Requirements Fluency in both Kannada and English (written and spoken) is essential. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Preferred Qualifications 0 to 5 years of Experience in Voice Process. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management. Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
