The Business Development Executive will play a key role in generating leads and driving sales through outbound calls to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for retail sales in the insurance sector. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and client meetings for prospective customers to promote insurance products and services. Explain insurance policies, coverage details, and benefits to customers in a clear and concise manner. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions based on their requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the company. Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the database. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction. Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport. Strong persuasion skills.
