Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to join our team and drive business growth by generating leads and converting them into paying customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for making regular calls to leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, or business development, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation strategies.
• Build relationships with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to conversion.
• Make regular calls to leads and follow up on their inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education industry.
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
