EdTech Sales candidate


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student admissions and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, generate, and nurture leads through calls, emails, counseling sessions, and presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions to promote our courses and programs.
  • Conduct career counseling sessions to understand learners’ requirements and suggest suitable courses.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings in the EdTech space.


Qualification & Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in ed-tech sales
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to contribute and take on new challenges.
