Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT, eCommerce, and digital services.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company revenue.
• Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and market insights.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/IT or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of IT services/eCommerce platforms will be an advantage.
