Business Development Associate

• Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales process from discovery through to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other teams at Coworkrz.
• First point of contact for any enquiries from prospective or existing clients.
• Responsible for sales of Co-working space.
• Ensuring client satisfaction with periodic surveys and reviews
• Responsible for all marketing promotions including writing news releases to promote the event, help to design posters or brochures or pamphlets.
• Responsible to establish contacts and long-term relationship with other similar organisations to partner with and offer programs that benefit members like discounts, special rates etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
