The organisation operates with a brand name 'My STEM Lab' that works with over 1000 schools in 12 different countries. We, as an organisation, work in the field of STEM education for grades 1 to 10.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients, including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions that could benefit from our STEM programs.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs and present our solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and impact of our STEM education offerings.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific requirements and challenges.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing new business deals.
• Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
• Identify and explore new markets and opportunities for expanding our STEM education programs, both locally and regionally.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1+years in business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education, innovation, and STEM learning.
• Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India for client meetings, events.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
