Job Summary

BDM


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business for Odoo & ERP Next implementations.
  • Develop region-specific strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and manage client relationships across India, MEA & APAC.
  • Lead sales cycles: prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor ERP solutions.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years in ERP sales/business development (Odoo & ERP Next experience required).
  • Proven exposure to India, MEA, and APAC markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT consulting.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
