As a Business Development Associate or Manager at My STEM Lab, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our STEM education programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting research to identify potential clients in the education sector such as schools, colleges, and other institutions. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through various strategies like cold calling and networking. - Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. - Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our STEM education offerings. As a Business Development Manager, you will also: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector. - Establish and nurture partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. - Lead and motivate your team to achieve organizational goals effectively. - Monitor team performance, assign tasks, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - At least 1 year of proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - A passion for education, innovation, and STEM learning. - Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India for client meetings and events. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
