About the Role

B2B Sales Development Representative

offshore staffing solutions, onshore staffing solutions, and boutique advertising agency services


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and emails targeting senior executives and startup founders.
  • Confidently pitch and explain our 

    staffing and advertising solutions

    , adapting the message to different client needs.
  • Build immediate rapport, hold intelligent conversations, and handle objections effectively.
  • Qualify prospects thoroughly (fit, budget, timeline) before scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and track all outreach in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience

     with international exposure.
  • Proven success engaging 

    C-levels, consultants, founders, or senior executives

     in the US/European markets.
  • Fluent, natural English — able to hold engaging, intelligent conversations with top-tier professionals.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding outbound activity and meeting quotas.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and ability to confidently explain 

    staffing + advertising services

    .
  • Familiarity with 

    CRMs and sales tools

    .
  • Comfortable working 

    US hours (10 PM – 7 AM IST, night shift)

    .
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
