What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our reach and impact, connecting with students, parents, and institutions to grow KALINGAEURO’s presence.

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective students and families interested in international education through outreach campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to create partnerships and referral networks.
• Market Research: Stay updated on global education trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to inform strategic growth.
• Client Engagement: Respond to inquiries from students and parents about our services, delivering clear, compelling, and professional communication.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to organize workshops, webinars, and education fairs to showcase KALINGAEURO’s expertise.
• Social Media & Content: Contribute to creating engaging content, including videos and presentations, to promote our services on social media and other platforms.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with counselors and senior management to align business development efforts with our mission and goals.

• Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written.
• A passion for education and a drive to help others succeed.
• Confidence in creating or presenting video content and promotional materials for social media and outreach.
• A proactive, curious, and empathetic approach to building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
