About the Role

We’re hiring a results-driven Business Development Associate to lead end-to-end sales activities - from generating prospects to closing deals. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who’s proactive, organized, and excited about driving growth.

Depending on the requirement and need for K-3 Consulting, employee may be placed on a client project on a full time or part time basis.


Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, and other lead-gen tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Manage follow-ups, schedule calls/meetings, and move prospects through the funnel.
  • Own the complete sales cycle - outreach, nurturing, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, databases, and documentation.
  • Organized and very good at preparing pre-call plans and post-call summaries.
  • Work efficiently within Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is a plus.
  • Support admin responsibilities, including managing day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Assist basic account coordination and post-sales support activities.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in Business Development, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with lead-generation and outreach tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with US time.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Masters in related fields / MBA is a plus.


Pay

  • CTC — Base Salary: ₹3.6 Lakh per year
  • Additional Compensation may be provided based on project placement and project requirements.
