Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, developing and delivering presentations, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. Additional day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to team efforts to meet targets and enhance the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
• Lead Generation and Market Research skills
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in business development or similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
