About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities 2. Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking 3. Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions 4. Conduct product or service presentations, demos, or consultations to convert leads 5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners 6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs 7. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communication using CRM tools 8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies 9. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities Requirements: 1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, B2B or B2C sales, or a similar client-facing role 3. Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 4. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 5. Show proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce and MS Office or G Suite 6. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills 7.
