About the job: BroomBoom Transportation Services Pvt Ltd is hiring for a field sales and marketing executive. Need to visit all the field pin codes and areas of car parking or travel agents to onboard in the company by hiring them, telling them the benefits. Huge incentives on the above target, full field work. Key responsibilities: 1. Execute field campaigns including leaflet distribution, banner placements, and promotional drives. 2. Onboard travel agents, cab drivers, and other local partners in your assigned area. 3. Engage in direct sales and communication with drivers, agents, and corporate offices as per business needs. 4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and report progress to the team lead. 5. Demonstrate initiative to grow into a Team Leader role based on performance.
